Team members visit Amazon

Two young professionals, from our Export and Automotive teams, visited a local Amazon fulfilment centre last week, to learn about the processes and systems behind the Amazon marketplace.

The visit was arranged in conjunction with the British International Freight Association (BIFA) Young Forwarder Network, which is a fantastic resource for younger colleagues to learn about their industry.

The Amazon tours follow recent Metro visits to the Ports of Dover and Southampton, plus ramp tours at Heathrow and Birmingham Airports.
